Trey Songz Celebrates His Birthday With The Release Of ’11’ & ’28’ Mixtapes

Popular R&B singer Trey Songz in the early hours of Wednesday released a new double album (11 and 28) to celebrate his 34th birthday.

The Virginia native, who has been quiet all through the year, decided to bless fans with a pair of new mixtapes without warning. 11 and 28 both hit streaming services overnight without any type of warning from Trey.

“From me to you on my birthday #1128,” he wrote on Instagram with a single cover for both projects.

Both projects feature 10 songs each.

Trigga didn’t hold back on the features for 28, whereas 11 serves as mainly a solo effort outside of assists from fellow crooners Ty Dolla $ign and Tory Lanez on the final track “Shootin Shots.”

28 finds Songz enlisting a star-studded group of guests on just about every song besides “Used To,” including vocals from Jacquees, 2 Chainz, O.T. Genesis, Shy Glizzy, Rich the Kid, Jeremih, Dave East, Chris Brown and “Say Aah” collaborator Fabolous.
